Refund & Return Policy

Every MangaMe T-shirt is made to order with artwork created just for you, so returns work a little differently from a normal clothing store. Please read this before you order.

You approve the artwork before you buy

Your manga artwork is generated and shown to you on the shirt before checkout. What you see in the preview is what we print. Because each item is personalised and printed only after you order, we cannot accept returns or refunds because you changed your mind about the design.

We replace or refund free of charge if something is wrong

Contact us and we will replace the item or refund you in full if:

• The shirt arrives damaged, stained, torn or defective
• The print is blurry, peeling, badly placed or scaled incorrectly
• You received the wrong size, colour or product
• The printed artwork is not the artwork you approved
• The garment differs from our size guide by more than 5 cm (2 in), which is the tolerance stated in the guide

You do not need to send the item back, and you are never charged for the replacement. Photos of the item and the packaging help us resolve it quickly.

Time limit

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the packaging itself arrives damaged, it helps to tell us within 72 hours and send a photo before you discard it, but the 30-day window is what counts.

Parcels that do not arrive

Lost in transit. If tracking stops updating and the parcel does not arrive, contact us. Once 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date we treat it as lost and will replace the order or refund you in full.

Marked as delivered. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot automatically replace or refund it — carriers treat a delivery scan as proof of delivery and will not compensate us either. Please check around the property and with neighbours, then open an investigation with the carrier; contact us and we will help you chase it. We review these individually and would rather keep a customer than win an argument.

Cancelling an order

Production starts quickly. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, provided printing has not begun. After printing starts we cannot cancel, because the shirt carries your personal artwork and cannot be resold.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we are unable to refund the order, and any re-shipping cost is payable by you. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake — we can usually correct it before the parcel ships.

Your local consumer rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under your own consumer law that cannot be excluded. In the EU and UK, personalised goods made to your specification are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, which is why we cannot accept change-of-mind returns — but your rights over faulty goods are unaffected. Customers in Brazil may cancel and return within 7 days of receipt for any reason.
