Shipping Policy
Every MangaMe item is printed to order at the facility nearest to you that stocks your chosen colour. Your delivery time is production time + shipping time.
Where your order is printed
Each order is routed automatically to its closest production facility:
- USA — printed in the United States.
- Canada — printed in Canada.
- United Kingdom — printed in the United Kingdom.
- Europe — printed in Spain or Latvia.
- Australia — printed in Australia.
- New Zealand — printed in Australia and shipped in.
- Everywhere else — printed at the nearest facility and shipped internationally.
Please note: not every shirt colour is held at every facility. Our core colours — White, Black, Navy and Sport Grey — are stocked almost everywhere, so those orders are the most likely to be printed in your own region. Less common colours may be printed at another facility and shipped to you, which can add a few days and, outside your own customs union, may attract import charges. When you choose your colour and size on our site we tell you whether that exact combination is made in your region or shipped in.

The rates above apply to the first nine items. From ten items upward the price drops sharply — see Large orders below.
Rest-of-world is a wide area and delivery varies within it: China and Pakistan are usually at the fast end, while parts of South America and Africa are at the slow end.
The exact rate for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. All times are business days and do not include the day you order. They are estimates based on recent deliveries, not guarantees. Very remote addresses occasionally carry a carrier surcharge; we will contact you before charging anything extra.
Large orders
Shipping does not simply multiply. Our carrier prices in batches, and we pass the whole saving on — the per-shirt cost falls steeply once you reach ten, and again at twenty-five and fifty.

A new rate band starts at ten, so ten shirts to the USA ship for $15.84 — less than nine cost ($23.30), and about a third of what ten single orders would cost. Fifty ship for $43.00, or 86 cents each. It is worth rounding up to ten or twenty-five; the drop at fifty applies to most destinations but not all, and checkout always shows your exact rate before you pay.
50 shirts is the maximum for a single online order. If you need more than that, email hello@mangame.store and we will quote you directly — checkout cannot price larger orders automatically, so it will not offer a shipping option for them.
Countries we cannot ship to
Our carriers do not serve every destination. We cannot accept orders to Afghanistan, Åland Islands, Algeria, Belarus, Bhutan, Bonaire, Chad, Djibouti, Ecuador, Eritrea, Iraq, Laos, Libya, Madagascar, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Saint Barthélemy, Samoa, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Venezuela or Yemen. No shipping rate is offered for these addresses at checkout, so you will not be charged for an order we cannot fulfil. This list changes as carrier services are suspended or resume. If your country is not offered at checkout and is not on this list, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Orders to Brazil
Brazilian customs requires a CPF number (or a CNPJ for a business) on every parcel entering the country. Please add yours to the second address line at checkout, in the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX. Without it your parcel can be held at customs, refused by the carrier and eventually returned — so this one is worth double-checking.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
You do not have to work this out. Once you pick your country, colour and size, the site tells you right there which of these two applies:

Nothing to pay. Your shirt is printed near you and the parcel never crosses a border. -
"This colour and size is made outside your region - it takes longer and import duty may apply on delivery."
Your local customs authority may charge duty or tax when it arrives. Try another colour — it often changes the answer.

One catch on the first row: if the colour you choose is not stocked near you, it is shipped in from another region and duty may apply — which is when you will see the second message above. White, Black, Navy and Sport Grey give you the best chance of a locally printed shirt. Any charges are set by your own country and are paid by whoever receives the parcel.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an address error, re-shipping costs are payable by the customer — contact us as soon as possible and we can usually correct an address before your order goes into production.
Lost parcels
If tracking stops updating and your parcel has not arrived, contact us. Once 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date we will treat it as lost in transit and replace the order or refund you in full.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, the position is different: carriers treat a delivery scan as proof of delivery, and we cannot automatically replace or refund on that basis. Please check with neighbours and around the property first, then contact the carrier to open an investigation — tell us and we will help you push it along. We look at these case by case and would rather keep a customer than win an argument.
