Welcome to MangaMe Store (mangame.store), operated by MangaMe ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell made-to-order apparel printed with original manga-style artwork generated by AI from a photo you upload. Each item is produced individually after you order, and is printed and shipped by our production partner at the facility nearest to you.

Your photo and your rights

• You must own the photo you upload, or have permission from everyone who appears in it.
• You keep all rights to your photo. By uploading it you give us permission to process it solely to create your artwork and fulfil your order.
• Your photo is never stored on our servers: it is used once as a reference for the AI and discarded as soon as the artwork is generated.
• You may not upload photos of other people without their consent, or images that are unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

The artwork

• The AI creates original artwork inspired by your photo. It is a stylised interpretation, not an exact likeness, and results vary between generations.
• You approve the artwork in the preview before purchase. What you approve is what we print.
• We do not accept prompts requesting copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos or brands. You are responsible for the content of any custom text you request.
• You may use the artwork on your purchased item for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Generated preview images are kept for 30 days; artwork you have ordered is kept so we can print it and support reprints or claims.

Free previews

Free artwork previews are limited per person per week as shown on the site. We also cap previews per network to prevent abuse, so on a shared or office connection you may reach a limit sooner. Limits exist because each generation has a real cost; we may adjust them at any time.

Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus shipping.
• We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil (for example, a production issue or a destination we cannot ship to).
• Ordering is only possible for buyers aged 18 or over, or with a guardian's consent.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown in the design tool and in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees; customs and carrier delays can occur.

Orders to the USA, Canada, the UK, the European Union and Australia are printed in your own region and do not cross a border, so no customs charges apply. Orders to New Zealand, Japan, Mexico and all other destinations are printed abroad and shipped in, so import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. The same applies wherever the colour you choose is not stocked near you — we tell you which case applies when you pick your colour and size, before you order.

Returns

See our Refund & Return Policy. In short: personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind, but we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you approved.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
